Mitra 10 is a prominent retail company in Indonesia. This role involves planning, managing, and controlling all financial activities to ensure the company's financial stability and business sustainability. The Finance Manager is responsible for preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and conducting variance analysis. They oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, manage cash flow, and monitor operational costs to identify efficiency opportunities. Additionally, the role requires providing strategic financial insights to senior management, ensuring tax compliance, coordinating with auditors, and leading the finance team.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, manage, and control all financial activities of the company to ensure financial stability and business sustainability; Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and conduct variance analysis against actual results; Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards; Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs, including accounts receivable and accounts payable; Analyze financial performance, sales margins, and profitability by product, category, or store/outlet; Monitor and control operational costs and identify cost-efficiency opportunities across the retail network; Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including timely tax calculation, reporting, and payment; Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit processes; Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management to support business decision-making; Lead, manage, and develop the finance team.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; At least 5 years of working experience as a Finance Manager, preferably within the retail industry; Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and retail financial analysis; Solid knowledge of taxation and financial regulations; Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity; Ability to work under pressure; Willing to be placed in Head Office Mitra 10 Gading Serpong.
