After developing our lifestyle & entertainment concept, Townsquare Cilandak in Jakarta, our hip hotel, TS Suites in Bali, TS Group continues to grow by developing new lifestyle & entertainment concepts to meet today's lifestyle needs. We are looking for a Finance Manager to support our growth.
Tanggung jawab: Able to supervise team performance, provide coaching, empowerment, and support staff development, as well as take disciplinary actions when necessary; Capable of analyzing and overseeing financial matters, identifying solutions to problems, and making managerial decisions; Establishes effective communication with management, the team, external auditors, vendors, and other external parties; Responsible for the accuracy of financial reports and other analytical reports from the accounting department; Develops and implements improvement plans to increase efficiency, accuracy, and profitability; Requirements:; Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance in the hospitality industry; a Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA, CA, CFA) are preferred; Has at least 3 years of accounting/finance experience, including 1 year in a managerial role; proficient in tax regulations, modern accounting/ERP systems, and capable of producing accurate, transparent, and timely financial reports according to stan; Experienced in supervising teams, coaching employees, and planning strategic departmental improvements; demonstrates strong leadership, high integrity, and the ability to build a solid and productive team; Skilled in budget planning, cash flow management, strict fund utilization control, and conducting financial statement analysis to support profitability improvement strategies; Possesses strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English; ensures timely tax compliance in accordance with the latest regulations and is knowledgeable in operating the VHP system.
Benefit: Basic salary (nett of tax); BPJSTK & BPJS Kesehatan; THR; Medical Reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment and permanent status/PKWTT); Free parking (1 motorcycle / 1 car); Annual leave, Replace Day Payment (for working on a holiday), and Extra Off for long shifts; 1 meal per shift; Please submit your application before January 12, 2026.
