Finance Executive

We are, PT. Winning Logistics Ship Management Service, is the Seafarer Recruitment and Placement service company which founded in 2016 in Jakarta-Indonesia. Having Ship Manning Agency’s License (SIUKAK) from Indonesia Ministry of Transportation, Director General of Sea Transportation, and certified by ISO 9001:2015 and MLC2006 as well, PT. Winning Logistics Ship Management Service was appointed as the authorized manning agency for Winning International Group of company, Singapore. We are looking for candidates of Finance Executive who will assisting the Finance Manager in;

• Recording Accounts Receivable transactions, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations. • Preparing AR aging analysis and management reports.

• Supporting external audit processes and coordinating with auditors to ensure timely completion of audit requirements. • Supporting tax audit.

• Setting of effective and efficient financial processes, accounting policies & procedures. • Extract data and provide relevant information for management • Set and share a timeline to relevant parties in relation to the tasks have to be done before closing a period.

• Manage tax filings, corporate governance returns and or any other financial compliance requirements • Managing cash flow & supervise financial transaction • Responsible for monthly closing report
