POSITION OVERVIEW The Finance Assistant Officer supports the day-to-day financial operations of the company by ensuring accurate financial administration, transaction recording, and documentation. This role plays an important part in maintaining the integrity of financial data through proper billing processes, bank reconciliation, and organized financial records.

Working closely with the Finance team, the Finance Assistant Officer assists in monthly closing activities and ensures that all financial processes are carried out in accordance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2. 2–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance is preferred
  • 3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work efficiently with financial data
  • 4. Strong attention to details and good analytical skills
  • 5. Proficiency in basic Indonesian tax regulations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform essential tasks related to finance administration
  • Execute and accurately record company financial transactions
  • Handle customer billing processes
  • Conduct bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy between bank statements and company records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly closing.
  • Ensure all financial processes comply with company policies and accounting standards
  • Manage financial documents and correspondence
