Finance and Accounting Manager

We’re looking for a Finance Manager who can lead the finance operations with integrity, accuracy, and strategic insight to support our continued growth. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage and monitor company expenditures and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with local taxation and financial regulations.

Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial processes. Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting management, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.

Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
