Job Responsibilities Ensure monthly closing activities are completed accurately and on time. Monitor and ensure all payment processes are carried out in a timely manner. Review and approve bank reconciliation reports for Surabaya and depots across the Eastern Indonesia region. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on finance and accounting matters. Prepare monthly financial and management reports. Handle tax and BPJS reporting in compliance with applicable regulations. Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including experience leading or supervising a team. Having experience in a Big 4 Public Accounting Firm for at least 2 years is highly preferred. Candidates from Top 10 Public Accounting Firms are also welcome to apply. Good understanding of accounting and finance processes. Familiar with financial reporting and accounting systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
