Position: Finance Analysis & HR Development Administration Location: Bali Company: Ginger Snap Bali ABOUT THE POSITION Gingersnap Bali is looking for a talented and ambitious Finance Analysis & HR Development administrator to join our growing organization. This position combines financial analysis, business reporting, performance monitoring, and Human Resources support. The successful candidate will work closely with management to improve decision-making, strengthen reporting systems, support HR development, and contribute to the continued growth of the company. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analyzing business performance, solving problems, and helping management make better decisions through accurate reporting and analysis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Analysis & Reporting * Prepare monthly Profit & Loss reports. * Analyze business performance by store, department, and project. * Monitor sales trends, expenses, and profitability. * Prepare management reports and financial summaries.
