We are looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax Officer to support the finance, accounting, tax, and compliance operations of our Indonesia company. This role is suitable for someone who is hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with Indonesia’s basic accounting and tax practices. As we are a small but growing team, the candidate should be comfortable working independently, coordinating with external accounting and tax consultants, and helping build simple but reliable finance processes from the ground up.Manage daily finance operations, including payments, reimbursements, billing support, bank coordination, and financial document control. Maintain accurate and complete records of invoices, receipts, contracts, bank statements, payment evidence, and other supporting documents. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure finance-related documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.Work closely with external accounting and tax consultants to support bookkeeping, monthly closing, tax filing, and statutory compliance. Prepare and organize supporting documents for VAT, withholding tax, employee tax, corporate tax, BPJS, and other applicable tax matters. Ensure tax-related documents, invoices, and payment records are properly maintained and aligned with local compliance requirements.Prepare simple finance tracking reports, including expenses, payables, receivables, cash balance, and monthly financial summaries. Provide timely updates to management on payment status, cash flow, outstanding items, and key finance matters. Assist in monthly reconciliation of bank transactions, payment records, and financial documents.Help establish and improve basic finance processes, including payment approval, expense claims, document filing, vendor records, and monthly reporting. Support future implementation of accounting software or finance tools as the company grows. Identify gaps in daily finance operations and suggest practical improvements.
Kualifikasi: Experience in Big 4 accounting firms, reputable audit firms, or tax advisory firms is a plus.; Experience in a PT PMA, foreign-owned company, startup, or small business environment is preferred.; Experience supporting tax compliance, audit, bookkeeping, or finance operations for foreign-owned companies is preferred.; Familiarity with DJP Online / Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, or similar tax platforms is preferred.; Experience with Accurate, Jurnal, Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software is a plus, but not required.; Brevet A/B certification is a plus.; Experience with finance process setup or improvement is preferred..
