The group manages multiple legal entities under a holding company structure and represents a diverse portfolio of Principal & House brands supported by inventory investments, customer credit facilities, marketing programs, rebate schemes, and long-term strategic partnerships with principals And we are seeking an experienced & commercially minded person for the position: Finance & Accounting General Manager To lead the company’s finance, accounting, taxation, treasury, budgeting risk management, credit control, and business control functions while serving as a strategic partner to management in driving profitable growth, optimizing cash flow, managing financial risks, and strengthening overall business performance. Key Highlights 1. Lead the company's Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Credit Control, and Business Control functions. 2. Act as a strategic business partner to management by providing financial insights, performance analysis, and recommendations to drive profitable growth. 3. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across all business units. 4. Drive commercial finance initiatives, including profitability analysis, pricing strategies, rebate programs, and investment evaluations. 5. Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and funding strategies to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency. 6. Establish and enforce credit risk management policies, customer credit controls, and receivables management to minimize financial exposure. 7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, corporate governance requirements, and internal control frameworks. 8. Lead, develop, and transform the finance organization through process improvements, digitalization, ERP optimization, and talent development initiatives.
