Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang retail atau trading. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola operasional akuntansi harian, termasuk entri buku besar, rekonsiliasi penjualan, serta pemantauan utang dan piutang (AR/AP). Selain itu, peran ini bertugas menyiapkan dan menganalisis laporan keuangan, arus kas, serta laporan umur piutang/utang untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Tanggung jawab lainnya mencakup peninjauan voucher pembayaran, transaksi perbankan online, rekonsiliasi pemasok, serta pengawasan pelaporan pajak dan rekonsiliasi antara sistem Coretax dan ERP untuk memastikan kepatuhan regulasi.
Tanggung jawab: Manage daily accounting operations (general ledger, sales reconciliation, AR/AP monitoring).; Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flow, and AR/AP aging reports.; Review payment vouchers, online banking transactions, and supplier reconciliations.; Oversee tax reporting and tax reconciliation between Coretax and ERP systems.; Support internal audits and financial reporting requirements.; Drive continuous improvements in finance and accounting processes..
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.; Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Tax, preferably within the retail or trading industry.; Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and financial reconciliation.; Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.; Experience with Coretax or similar tax systems is an advantage.; Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills.; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment..
