Tanggung jawab: Oversee and manage all of the company’s finance and accounting activities; Ensure that financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner; Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and annual financial statements; Manage the company’s cash flow, budget, and expenditures; Ensure that company payments and receipts are processed in accordance with established procedures; Supervise bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data; Ensure that the company’s tax reporting and obligations comply with applicable regulations; Monitor operational costs and provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency; Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting team; Ensure that all financial documents and reports are organized and readily available for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance; At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting; prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred; Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and financial reconciliation; Knowledgeable regarding current tax regulations and accounting standards; Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software; Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented, honest, decisive, responsible, and possesses high integrity; Capable of working toward targets and effectively managing a team.
