Position: Finance & Accounting Manager This vacancy is open for Finance Manager/Senior Manager and Accounting Manager/Senior Manager positions. Location: Head Office PPA - Malang.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and oversee daily Finance & Accounting operations; Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting; Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow; Ensure compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and company policies; Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and treasury activities; Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes; Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders; Lead, develop, and coach the Finance & Accounting team to achieve business objectives.
Kualifikasi: · Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field; · Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including 2 years in a managerial role; · Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial closing; · Good knowledge of PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian taxation; · Experienced in using ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel; · Experience in F&B, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Holding Company is preferred; · Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
