Finance & Accounting Manager

F&B Accounting & Compliance - Lead month-end close for HQ + all outlets per PSAK - Manage daily cash reconciliation, petty cash, and bank recon across outlets

- Handle inventory COGS, food cost % analysis, and stock take variance - Full Indonesian tax: PPN, PPh 21/23/4(2), PPh Badan, e-Faktur, SPT Masa & Tahunan - Prepare for audits and manage relationships with tax consultants

Finance & Cost Control for F&B - Build outlet-level P&L, budgets, and weekly/monthly forecasts - Monitor food cost %, labor cost %, and wastage. Flag margin leaks fast

- Analyze sales vs. COGS vs. promos to improve outlet profitability - Set up SOPs, internal controls, and cash-handling rules for outlets - Work with Ops to review pricing, menu engineering, and supplier negotiations

Requirements - Education: S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan. Brevet A & B Pajak required - Experience: Min. 5 years accounting/finance, min. 2 years as Supervisor/Manager. F&B, Retail, or Hospitality experience is a must
