About the role We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Junior Staff to join our team at PT Toyota Tsusho Techno Park Indonesia' in East Karawang, West Java. This is a full-time, temporary position to cover a 6-months maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential financial and accounting support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. What you'll be doing Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Prepare journal entries and financial reports Performing account reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes Conducting data analysis and preparing financial reports for management Support tax reporting (VAT & Income Tax) Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions Providing administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed What we're looking for Bachelor's degree (D3/D4/S1) in Finance & Accounting (Reputable University) Have at least 1 year experience in the manufacturing company is a must Relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial sector Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with financial data and identify trends
