Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the maintenance of various medical equipment installed in the designated area, ensuring proper functioning and troubleshooting as needed Perform installations of medical equipment when certified and requiredSupport the sales team by gathering detailed information on the installed base and monitoring customer satisfaction Provide technical assistance and product demonstrations for clients to ensure optimal use of equipment Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment statusRespond promptly to service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues Experience & Skills : Minimum D3/S1 in Electromedic, Electronic, or Instrumentation (STR is an advantage)Experience required as an ATEM Practical knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including analysis of wiring diagrams for electric and electronic circuits Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining complex medical equipment
