Sebagai Field Service Technician, Anda akan berperan dalam menciptakan dan memelihara lingkungan kerja yang aman serta menunjukkan budaya kerja yang berorientasi pada inovasi, akuntabilitas, dan pemberdayaan. Anda bertugas melakukan pemecahan masalah sistem (troubleshooting) pada peralatan mekanikal, elektrikal, dan mesin diesel, melakukan perawatan preventif, mengelola inventaris suku cadang, serta berinteraksi langsung dengan pelanggan di berbagai lokasi.
Tanggung jawab: Create and maintain safe working environment and culture within the organization; Take care of company property; Demonstrate high impact culture through innovation, accountability and empowerment; Function in a team environment; Work with direct supervision or independently as needed; Perform system troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment; Conduct preventative maintenance and manage parts inventory; Identify and remedy safety issues on company and customer owned equipment; Interface directly with customers at multiple sites and with multiple technologies.
Kualifikasi: HS diploma or equivalent; Capable of obtaining a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements; Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.); Ability to obtain DOT Medical.
