Pepito Culinary merupakan bagian dari Pepito Group, bisnis retail dan kuliner premium di Bali yang mengelola berbagai konsep F&B seperti bakery, café, dan outlet grab-and-go. Posisi F&B Recruitment Assistant Manager bertanggung jawab memimpin strategi rekrutmen end-to-end guna memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga kerja secara efektif dan tepat waktu di seluruh unit kuliner perusahaan. Tugas utama posisi ini meliputi pengelolaan proses rekrutmen masif untuk posisi outlet, dapur, dan bakery, pengawasan kinerja tim rekrutmen, serta kerja sama erat dengan user operasional untuk memahami kebutuhan tenaga kerja. Peran ini juga mencakup pemanfaatan berbagai kanal pencarian kandidat, pengelolaan pipeline rekrutmen, pelaksanaan wawancara dan negosiasi penawaran kerja, pemantauan KPI rekrutmen, serta pengembangan kerja sama dengan institusi pendidikan guna membangun talent pool yang kuat.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for F&B and culinary positions; Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fulfill manpower requirements within agreed timelines; Manage high-volume recruitment for outlet, kitchen, bakery, and other F&B positions; Supervise, coach, and monitor the performance of Recruitment Officers and Recruitment Staff; Partner with hiring managers and operational teams to understand manpower needs and recruitment priorities; Manage candidate sourcing through JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, recruitment networks, job fairs, and other channels; Screen and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements; Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders; Manage job offers, salary negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding coordination; Monitor recruitment KPIs including Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Hiring Fulfillment; Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline and manpower status for all F&B vacancies; Build and maintain talent pools for critical and high-volume F&B positions; Develop relationships with vocational schools, culinary institutions, communities, and external recruitment partners; Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management; Identify recruitment challenges and implement initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role; Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume recruitment environments is highly preferred; Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and mass hiring; Proven ability to manage recruitment teams and multiple vacancies simultaneously; Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, interview techniques, and selection processes; Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with recruitment data and KPIs; Target-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to work effectively under pressure; Good command of English, both written and verbal; Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and support recruitment activities outside regular working hours when required; Candidates who are currently based in Bali are highly preferred.
