RGF HR Agent Indonesia membuka lowongan untuk posisi FAT Manager di sebuah perusahaan manufaktur Jepang terkemuka yang berlokasi di Surabaya. Posisi ini menuntut profesional berpengalaman yang mampu mengelola dan memimpin tim keuangan secara komprehensif, berkomunikasi dengan pemangku kepentingan global, serta menangani sistem dan proses akuntansi perusahaan dengan standar internasional.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and lead the finance team (8 staff members); Communicate with overseas counterparts and stakeholders; Handle accounting systems and processes; Prepare and review audit reports in English; Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving for financial issues; Perform managerial reviews and oversight; Act as a playing manager who both manages and performs hands-on work; Other related tasks as assigned; Job Requirements:; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Business level in English for communication with internal and external overseas; Stable career; Experience in preparing audit reports in English; At least 5 years of experience in FAT manager in MNC Manufacture *Prefer same industry; Ontime and detail oriented; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia. Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Business level in English for communication with internal and external overseas; Stable career; Experience in preparing audit reports in English; At least 5 years of experience in FAT manager in MNC Manufacture *Prefer same industry; Ontime and detail oriented; [Only CV in English will be processed].
