Perusahaan ini bergerak di industri ritel fashion modern yang berfokus pada pakaian wanita. Posisi Fashion Designer ini bertanggung jawab untuk merancang dan mengembangkan koleksi pakaian siap pakai (ready-to-wear) yang estetis, dinamis, dan memiliki nilai komersial tinggi. Anda akan berperan dalam menerjemahkan tren fashion global dan tema musiman ke dalam desain pakaian yang modis dan marketable. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pembuatan sketsa teknis yang presisi untuk pola, pemilihan material berdasarkan karakteristik kain, serta melakukan riset berkelanjutan mengenai tren warna dan preferensi gaya hidup konsumen modern.
Tanggung jawab: Design and develop aesthetic, dynamic, and commercial women's ready-to-wear collections with precise drape and silhouettes, driven by global trend research and modern consumer lifestyles; Translate seasonal themes, global women's fashion trends, and visual directives into chic, fashionable, and highly marketable garment designs; Create precise technical flat drawings encompassing intricate constructions such as gathers, pleats, body cuts, darts, and necklines to guide accurate pattern making; Conduct continuous research on fast & seasonal women's fashion trends, seasonal color palettes, and shifts in modern women's apparel preferences.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Fashion Design or a related creative field; Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Fashion Designer focusing on women's wear, contemporary, casual, or modest wear within the modern fashion retail industry; Strong, varied portfolio of women's wear designs (knit & woven) demonstrating high commercial value, aesthetic appeal, and acute trend awareness; Proficient in fashion graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for creating moodboards and precise technical flat sketches; Deep understanding of women's wear body proportions, bust/waist/hip contouring proportions, women's pattern construction, and mass garment sewing techniques; Solid knowledge of women's fabric characteristics, flexibility, softness levels, shrinkage, and the aesthetic drape of various materials; Sharp fashion aesthetic, creative, assertive, highly detail-oriented, and disciplined in adhering to fast-paced product development calendars; Fluent in basic English, both written and spoken, to conduct international fashion trend research.
