Posisi Factory Manager ini bertanggung jawab penuh atas operasional pabrik di Yogyakarta. Peran ini menuntut kepemimpinan yang kuat untuk mengelola target produksi, tim, material, dan biaya secara efektif. Anda akan memastikan seluruh proses produksi berjalan sesuai standar keamanan pangan, GMP, dan HACCP. Kandidat yang ideal memiliki pengalaman manajerial di industri FMCG, makanan, atau manufaktur, serta mampu memberikan solusi atas permasalahan operasional secara proaktif.
Tanggung jawab: Manage production targets, team, materials, and costs; Ensure production processes comply with Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP standards; Oversee production planning, manufacturing, and quality control.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1 ) in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Minimum 5 years of production experience , Including 2 years in a managerial position; Experienced in Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality Control; Good understanding of Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP; Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Able to manage production targets, team, materials, and costs; Disciplined, proactive, responsible, and result-oriented; Experience in FMCG, F&B, Chocolate, or Food Manufacturing is preferred; Good English communication skills is preferred; Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta.
