As a Facility Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily facility operations and maintenance. This role involves ensuring the delivery of reliable hard and soft services, managing vendors and contractors, and maintaining strict compliance with safety, quality, and service standards. You will focus on optimizing facility performance, ensuring the achievement of SLAs and KPIs, coordinating issue resolution, and driving both preventive and corrective maintenance to support efficient building operations.
