Tanggung jawab: Lead the facilities and building operations team; Responsible for facility maintenance and repair, as well as day-to-day operations in a client’s site, including the operational budget; Managing the overall operational concerns and services, including safety and security, housekeeping, receptionist, and maintenance of the building automation, equipment, and supplies; Maintain the service level of service contracts and vendors that are appropriate; Requirements:; Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, majoring in civil, architecture, mechanical, electrical engineering, or any other relevant field; Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, including experience in a managerial capacity, managing the operations of a 24x7; Strong communication skills, including a proficient command of English; Good personal and interpersonal skills; An organized person and a team player; Proven managerial and leadership skills; Willing to be located across Indonesia according to the client's site.
