Operate and monitor mission-critical data center infrastructure to ensure maximum availability and compliance with uptime requirements. Perform 24/7 monitoring of electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems through BMS, DCIM, and monitoring platforms. Conduct routine facility rounds, inspections, and operational checks to identify abnormalities and potential risks. Monitor key operational parameters such as temperature, humidity, power consumption, voltage, current, pressure, and equipment performance. Operate and maintain critical electrical infrastructure including: Medium Voltage (MV) & Low Voltage (LV) systems, Transformers, Switchgear, UPS systems and battery bank, Static Transfer Switch (STS), Power Distribution Units (PDU/RPP), Diesel generators and fuel systems, Grounding and lightning protection systems. Perform switching operations, isolation procedures (LOTO), and electrical safety practices in accordance with approved procedures. Support preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency recovery activities. Operate and maintain cooling infrastructure including: Chillers, Cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, PAC, Pumps, valves, and piping systems, Water treatment systems, HVAC control systems. Monitor cooling performance to maintain optimal environmental conditions for IT equipment. Perform initial troubleshooting of mechanical failures and coordinate escalation with vendors or specialized teams. Execute and supervise preventive maintenance activities according to maintenance schedules and OEM recommendations. Review maintenance procedures, Method of Procedure (MOP), and risk assessments before maintenance execution. Manage contractor/vendor activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLA). Witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning activities for new equipment. Act as the first responder for critical facility alarms and incidents.
