Hiring : Export Import Specialist Position Overview The Export Import specialist is responsible for Export Import License Regulation and Registration, then meet time available from the company to catch production timing. Position Requirements & Key Abilities Bachelor's degree in any related field Minimum 3-4 years experience in clearing & forwarding, PIB Input, and customs specially Import License Regulation and Registration ; fabric – steel - metal– plastic, etc PPJK certification. Familiar with country import and export regulations and company legal document Experience in general shipping matters – i.e., Letters of Credit, shipping documentation, claims, clearance, freight, shipment INCO terms, etc. PC skills with an emphasis on spreadsheets and data base programs. Well versed in MS Office software. Proactive high-service mindset. Good communication & teamwork skills – oral & written. Organization, analytical & prioritization skills – able to multi-task under time pressure. Ability to identify, drive and resolve issues with other groups proactively and effectively.
