📢 WE'RE HIRING – EXPORT IMPORT / CUSTOM CLEARANCE SPECIALIST (MANDARIN SPEAKER) 📢 TAILG Indonesia is a growing company in the electric vehicle industry. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Export Import / Custom Clearance Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to manage and ensure smooth import-export operations, customs clearance processes, and international logistics activities. This role will work closely with internal departments, overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, PPJK, and customs authorities to ensure all import and export activities comply with Indonesian regulations and support the company's operational needs.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Manage end-to-end import and export processes, including shipment preparation, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery coordination; 2. Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of import-export documents; 3. Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance processes; 4. Monitor shipment progress from supplier origin until arrival at warehouse/factory, including tracking delays or potential issues; 5. Ensure HS Code classification, import requirements, and customs documentation comply with Indonesian regulations; 6. Communicate and coordinate with China suppliers and overseas teams regarding shipment schedules, documents, and import-export matters using Mandarin; 7. Handle and resolve issues related to customs clearance, document discrepancies, shipment delays, or regulatory requirements; 8. Monitor import-export costs, including customs duties, taxes, and logistics expenses; Job Requirements:; 1. Minimum 1years of experience in Export Import, Custom Clearance, International Logistics, or Supply Chain operations; 2. Experienced in handling import processes, customs clearance, and coordination with PPJK/freight forwarders; 3. Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, import-export procedures, and related documentation; 4. Familiar with import-export documents such as PIB, PEB, Invoice and HS Code; 5. Mandarin proficiency is required (minimum HSK 4 or equivalent) to communicate with China suppliers and overseas teams.
