· Plan, identify, and secure strategic locations for new store openings. · Prepare comprehensive new store proposals, supported by relevant data, for management review. · Conduct feasibility studies and data-driven assessments using surveys and market intelligence.
· Propose and analyze traffic surveys to support store expansion decisions. · Review and draft agreements or Letters of Intent, including rental contracts. · Lead negotiations with landlords to secure favorable lease terms.
· Coordinate pre-opening activities, including documentation, timelines, and handovers to development teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site acquisition in multichain retailer.
- Proven track record in successful retail expansions, notably in high-traffic mall locations.
- Strong analytical skills in market assessment, financial feasibility, and consumer demographics.
- Proficient in negotiation, site acquisition, site surveying, and stakeholder networking.
- In-depth understanding of licensing, permits, and retail regulatory frameworks.
- Effective project management and coordination skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to be placed at our head office: Karawaci - Tangerang.
