Executive KPI Analyst

Develop, monitor, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all business functions. Design and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards. Analyze operational, financial, and business performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with department heads to establish measurable targets and performance standards. Monitor KPI achievement and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Conduct root cause analysis for performance gaps and propose improvement initiatives.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within reporting systems. Prepare periodic management reports and performance presentations. Support business process improvement and productivity enhancement projects.

Coordinate KPI review meetings and follow up on action plans. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in KPI Analysis, Business Analysis, Performance Management, Data Analysis, or a related role. Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or transportation is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
