Aesendia Infini Indonesia, a leading distributor of premium aesthetic devices, is seeking a Public Relations & Event Specialist. The company leverages nearly 20 years of management experience and collaborates with global experts, including plastic surgeons and dermatologists, to bring high-quality aesthetic solutions to the Indonesian market. The specialist will manage end-to-end event planning for exhibitions, product launches, and promotions across online and offline platforms. Additionally, the role involves developing communication strategies, managing media and community relations, and collaborating with KOLs and influencers to enhance brand presence and implement effective advertising campaigns.
Tanggung jawab: Manage end-to-end event planning for exhibitions, product launches, promotions and other customer engagement events; Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy; Organize and coordinate public relations activities & media relations; Initiate, manage, and maintain relationship with the media and communities; Assess potentiality for collaborations or partnership (media/KOL/influencers/communities); Cross-collab to create and implement effective product promotion and advertising campaigns; Monitor content across all social media platforms, email, and the company website.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree from Public Relations, Communication, or related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role such as Public Relations, Event Management, Partnership; Background in the beauty or healthcare industry is highly preferred; Experienced in handling beauty events or exhibitions is a plus; Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
