Perusahaan konstruksi ini membutuhkan tenaga ahli untuk mengelola perhitungan biaya dan perencanaan anggaran proyek pembangunan. Peran ini sangat penting untuk memastikan efisiensi biaya dan keberhasilan proyek. Sebagai Estimator, Anda akan menghitung volume pekerjaan berdasarkan gambar teknis, menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), serta berkoordinasi dengan tim purchasing untuk harga material. Anda juga bertanggung jawab menegosiasikan biaya tenaga kerja dengan kontraktor, menyiapkan Work Order (SPK), serta memberikan laporan anggaran kepada jajaran direksi untuk persetujuan.
Tanggung jawab: Calculate work volumes based on drawings provided by the Drafter team; Prepare construction budgets (RAB) for development projects and additional or repair works; Coordinate with the Purchasing team to check material prices; Discuss and negotiate labor costs with contractors or foremen; Calculate work volumes for landscaping, public facilities, land plots, and land preparation; Submit construction budgets (RAB) to the Board of Directors for approval; Prepare cost quotations for tenants for additional or repair works after approval; Prepare Work Orders (SPK) for contractors or foremen based on approved work items; Provide approved drawings and RAB documents to the Production, Purchasing, and Finance teams; Provide suggestions to the General Manager to improve the performance of the Planning Department.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering; Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry; Understand construction cost calculations, budget planning (RAB), and unit price analysis; Able to read and understand technical drawings and building structures; Understand construction material prices and labor costs; Able to use Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; Certification in Cost Estimation, Quantity Surveying, or AutoCAD is an advantage; Good communication and negotiation skills; Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a team; Able to manage time and complete tasks on schedule.
