PT Gading Murni is a leading company in the information and communication technology industry in Indonesia, committed to providing innovative and reliable IT solutions. They are seeking an Estimator to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for calculating project costs, including material requirements, labor, equipment, and other expenses. You will perform quantity take-offs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) or RAB, and create quotations for tenders. The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel to ensure accurate cost estimation and evaluation against actual project costs.
Tanggung jawab: Perform quantity take-off and prepare RAB/BoQ; Calculate requirements for material, labor, equipment, and project costs; Conduct surveys and analyze material/vendor prices; Create quotations and tender documents; Perform cost comparison and evaluation between estimates and actual costs.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Estimator (construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related industries preferred); Fresh graduates may be considered for Junior Estimator with strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency; Experienced in quantity take-off and RAB/BoQ preparation; Experienced in calculating material, labor, equipment, and project costs; Experienced in surveying and analyzing material/vendor prices; Experienced in creating quotations and tender documents; Experience in cost comparison and evaluation is a plus.
