Estimation & Tender Coordinator

Lead the estimation and tender process by developing competitive cost proposals, managing tender submissions, and supporting business growth through accurate commercial analysis. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Estimation, Costing, Tender Management, Commercial, or Bid Management. Strong understanding of tendering processes, pricing strategies, and commercial analysis. Experience preparing cost estimates, pricing models, and tender submissions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end tender process, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely submissions
- Prepare cost estimates, pricing models, and commercial proposals for new business opportunities and contract renewals
- Review tender documents, identify commercial risks, and develop competitive pricing strategies
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to validate costing assumptions
- Maintain and improve costing models, pricing databases, and tender documentation
- Monitor tender schedules, submission requirements, and documentation quality
- Lead and coach the Estimation & Tender team while driving continuous process improvements
- Support the Head of Business Development with commercial analysis, pricing recommendations, and tender performance reviews
