Kami mencari seorang Estimation Supervisor berpengalaman di bidang Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) untuk bergabung dengan tim konstruksi dan EPC kami. Posisi ini menawarkan kesempatan menarik untuk terlibat dalam proyek-proyek konstruksi berskala besar, memperluas eksposur pada berbagai pekerjaan teknik sipil dan struktural, serta memimpin peningkatan sistem estimasi biaya dan pengendalian proyek. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menyiapkan dan meninjau estimasi biaya, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-off, serta analisis harga satuan (AHS). Anda akan memimpin aktivitas estimasi CSA untuk memastikan keakuratan dan ketepatan waktu penyerahan tender, mengevaluasi penawaran dari pemasok atau subkontraktor, mengidentifikasi peluang optimalisasi biaya dan value engineering, serta berkoordinasi secara erat dengan tim Pengadaan, Teknik, Proyek, dan Tender dalam lingkungan kerja yang kolaboratif.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQ, quantity take-off, and unit rate analysis; Review tender drawings, specifications, and project requirements; Prepare detailed material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor cost analysis; Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and maintain price evidence; Develop and maintain cost databases and historical unit rates; Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Project, and Tender teams; Lead and review CSA estimation activities to ensure accuracy and timely tender submission; Identify cost optimization and value engineering opportunities.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Minimum 7-20 years of experience in construction estimation, with supervisory/managerial experience preferred; Strong knowledge of Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works; Strong experience in BOQ, quantity take-off, AHS/unit rate analysis, and cost estimation; Familiar with construction materials, labour productivity, equipment rates, and subcontractor pricing; Able to read and analyze engineering/tender drawings and specifications; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimation software; Good leadership, analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
