PT. Daya Semesta Agro Persada Founded in 1997, it specializes in palm oil plantations and production. The plantation itself is located in Prajen Village, Banyuasin, South Sumatra.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Professional education or certification in the plantation sector is an added advantage.
- Experience 5 years of experience in oil palm plantations.
- Understand garden operations starting from nurseries, immature plants (TBM), productive plants (TM), harvesting, to transporting the results.
- Understand the preparation of RKAP, operational budget, and plantation cost control.
- Able to analyze productivity, workforce efficiency, and achieve production targets.
- Understanding of K3, ISPO, RSPO, and applicable labor regulations.
- Capable of managing the maintenance of plantation infrastructure, roads, and operational support facilities.
- Have strong leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams.
- Willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatra
