The Esport Graphic Designer will be responsible for managing multiple creative requests from the Creative and Content teams, translating complex ideas into high-quality visual designs that embody a strong esports aesthetic. This role requires delivering creative assets within strict timelines while collaborating closely with esports broadcast teams to produce engaging broadcast materials. The designer will also contribute to the ideation and development of creative concepts across various esports initiatives. Furthermore, the role involves communicating and collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the creative workflow. The designer will develop and present brand guidelines for various esports events to ensure a consistent visual identity across all platforms, while also supporting additional creative projects and team initiatives as required by business priorities.

Kualifikasi: 1–2 years of relevant experience in Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting, Graphic Design, or a related creative industry.; Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant design tools.; Familiarity in motion graphic design tools such as Adobe After Effect and Premiere Pro, 3D design, and illustration design is a plus.; Strong understanding of design styles and trends, with excellent attention to detail.; Strong typography skills, including layout and kerning, with the ability to thoughtfully integrate typography as a key visual element.; Reliable and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality creative work within agreed timelines.; Familiar with esports storytelling, gaming culture, and the gaming industry.; Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset..
