About the role We are seeking a driven Enterprise Sales professional to lead the introduction and growth of our Japanese principal's enterprise SaaS products in the Indonesian market. This is a dual-focus role: you will both sell directly — hunting, building pipeline, and closing enterprise deals — and develop the market, establishing our presence, identifying opportunities, and building the foundation for long-term growth. You will work closely with our Japanese principal and parent group (CAC Holding Japan), bridging Japanese business practices with the realities of the Indonesian market. The ideal candidate combines a strong enterprise sales track record with a genuine understanding of both Japanese work culture and the Indonesian B2B landscape. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives on building something new and is motivated by an uncapped, performance-driven compensation structure.
Responsibilities You will drive the full enterprise sales cycle for Japanese SaaS products — from prospecting and lead generation to solution presentation, negotiation, and closing. You will develop the Indonesian market for our principal's products — identifying target segments, building a pipeline from the ground up, and establishing the company's presence in a relatively new market.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, decision-makers, and channel partners across Indonesia. You will act as a bridge between our Japanese principal and Indonesian clients — understanding Japanese business expectations and translating them into approaches that work in the local market. You will understand each product deeply enough to articulate its value clearly to enterprise buyers and tailor solutions to client needs.
You will gather and report market intelligence — competitor activity, pricing dynamics, customer feedback — to inform strategy for both the local team and the Japanese principal. You will collaborate with technical, product, and pre-sales teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements. You will consistently meet and exceed sales targets, managing your pipeline and forecasting accurately.
You will represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and in interactions with the Japanese principal. Requirements Minimum 3 years (Middle) / 5+ years (Senior) of experience in enterprise B2B sales , preferably in software, SaaS, or IT solutions.
