Enterprise Account Manager (Yogyakarta) We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Enterprise Account Manager with a strong hunter mindset to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals across Yogyakarta and Eastern Indonesia. Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and other prospecting activities. Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations to support deal closure.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports. Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions.
Requirements Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or a similar B2B sales role.
Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and closing business deals. Strong interest in B2B sales and enterprise software solutions. Results-oriented, proactive, and driven by achieving targets.
