Posisi ini bertugas melakukan moderasi konten untuk memastikan lingkungan platform tetap aman dan sesuai dengan pedoman komunitas. Moderator akan meninjau, memantau, dan mengevaluasi konten buatan pengguna yang mencakup teks, gambar, dan video. Peran ini menuntut ketelitian tinggi dalam mengidentifikasi serta menghapus konten yang melanggar standar, seperti konten berbahaya, ofensif, atau ilegal. Selain moderasi, peran ini mencakup pelaporan tren pelanggaran konten, penyelesaian kasus kompleks, serta pendokumentasian tindakan moderasi secara akurat. Moderator diharapkan mampu menjaga standar akurasi dan efisiensi dalam memberikan respons, serta bekerja secara kolaboratif dalam tim dengan jadwal kerja shift 24/7.
Tanggung jawab: Review, monitor, and evaluate user-generated content across various platforms, including text, images, and videos; Enforce community guidelines and policies regarding acceptable content, identifying and removing content that violates these standards (e.g., harmful, offensive, or illegal content); Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency while moderating content, ensuring quick and efficient responses; Report any issues or trends related to content violations and assist in resolving complex cases; Keep accurate records of moderation actions and maintain documentation on handled cases.
Kualifikasi: Good proficiency in English is a must, minimum B2 level; Prior work experience as Content Moderator or Annotator; Willing to work from office in our office in Yogyakarta; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree holder; Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries; High on teamwork and engagement, mature & has the analytical thinking; Wiling to work in rotational 24/7 shifting schedule.
