Perusahaan manufaktur yang berlokasi di PIER, Pasuruan, membuka kesempatan bagi tenaga profesional di bidang teknik mesin atau elektro untuk bergabung sebagai Engineering Staff. Posisi ini memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional pabrik melalui pemeliharaan, perawatan preventif maupun korektif, pemecahan masalah (troubleshooting), serta peningkatan keandalan mesin produksi dan peralatan utilitas. Kandidat yang bergabung akan bekerja dalam sistem 3 shift dan memastikan seluruh aktivitas teknik mematuhi standar prosedur operasional, keselamatan kerja, serta prinsip 5S/5R.
Tanggung jawab: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Soap Bar, Saponification, Calcium Soap, and Shortening production machinery; Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and machine repair; Monitor machine operation and ensure equipment runs according to standards; Maintain and troubleshoot utility equipment, including WTP/RO, Softener, WWTP, Boiler, Air Compressor, Chiller, Cooling Tower, AC, and electrical panels; Execute Work Orders and maintain daily engineering and maintenance reports; Identify spare part requirements and maintain equipment records; Conduct shift handover and ensure compliance with SOP, 5S/5R, and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering/maintenance in manufacturing; Experience in Soap Bar & Saponification is highly preferred; Calcium Soap & Shortening experience is an advantage; Able to perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; Understanding of basic PLC and conventional control wiring; English communication skills are preferred; Willing to work 3 shifts; Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and safety awareness; Willing to work on-site at our factory in PIER, Pasuruan; Willing to attend the recruitment process directly at the factory in PIER, Pasuruan.
