Engineering Manager responsible for leading the engineering team to achieve operational excellence and ensure reliable facility performance. The role involves overseeing maintenance, engineering projects, utilities, and facility operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The manager will plan and monitor projects, manage budgets and resources, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. They coordinate across departments such as Operations, Production, and Finance, while managing external vendors and service providers to maintain efficient equipment and facility operations.
Tanggung jawab: Lead, manage, and develop the Engineering team to achieve departmental objectives; Oversee maintenance, engineering projects, utilities, and facility operations; Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs; Ensure all equipment, machinery, utilities, and facilities operate safely and efficiently; Plan and monitor engineering projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation; Identify opportunities for cost reduction, energy efficiency, and process improvement; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards; Coordinate with Operations, Production, Procurement, Finance, and other departments on engineering-related matters; Manage external contractors, vendors, and service providers; Prepare engineering reports, budgets, maintenance plans, and performance evaluations for management.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Engineering; At least 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory position.
