PZ Cussons membuka kesempatan magang bagi Anda untuk bergabung sebagai Engineering Intern (Contract) guna memberikan dukungan penuh kepada tim Engineering dalam mengembangkan program Autonomous Maintenance. Posisi ini dirancang bagi individu yang antusias untuk mempelajari dan memahami dasar-dasar perawatan mesin serta peralatan industri secara langsung di lingkungan produksi yang dinamis. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan berpartisipasi aktif dalam menyiapkan instruksi kerja, daftar pemeriksaan perawatan, serta mempersiapkan berbagai perkakas dan material yang dibutuhkan untuk kegiatan pemeliharaan. Anda juga akan mendampingi tim produksi dalam melakukan pemeliharaan dasar mesin melalui metode pembersihan, pelumasan, inspeksi, dan pengetatan (CLIT), serta membantu mengidentifikasi kendala mesin sederhana guna merumuskan tugas pencegahan agar masalah serupa tidak terulang kembali. Kesempatan ini sangat ideal bagi talenta muda yang ingin mengawali karier di industri manufaktur cepat saji atau FMCG. Requirements Student or fresh graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related field. Basic knowledge of machines and maintenance. Able to read English technical manuals. Experience or internship in FMCG/Manufacturing is preferred. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willing to learn and work in a Production environment.
