About We are seeking a talented and motivated Engineer to join our engineering team at our facility in Boyolali Regency. This is a full-time position with a key role in System Design Support, Installation, Commissioning, Programming & Configuration. As an Engineer, you will contribute to PT Trialogix Integra Perkasa's goals by applying your technical expertise to solve challenges and drive continuous improvement in our operations. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Control Systems, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) Control Systems: Familiarity with PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, or similar), SCADA/HMI configuration, and basic instrumentation principles. Engineering Tools: Ability to read and interpret P&ID, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software. Panel & Wiring Knowledge: Understanding of electrical panel assembly, wiring standards, and control panel testing procedures. Documentation: Competence in preparing technical reports, test result documents, and as-built drawings. QA/QC and Safety: Basic understanding of quality standards and workplace safety regulations (K3/HSE guidelines). Core Competencies (Soft Skills) Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in the field quickly and systematically. Teamwork & Coordination: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including technicians, project engineers, and clients. Willingness to Travel: Ready to be assigned to project sites outside the city/region as needed. Communication: Able to explain technical matters clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
