Electronic Engineer

About the role PT Samick Indonesia is seeking a talented Electronic Engineer to join our engineering team on a full-time basis in Cileungsi, West Java. This is a pivotal position within our electrical and electronic engineering operations, where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising electronic systems and components that are critical to our product offerings. As an Electronic Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our customers.

Key responsibilities Design and develop electronic circuits and systems, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection Conduct simulations and testing of electronic components and systems to ensure they meet performance specifications and quality standards

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with existing electronic systems and products Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and product managers to deliver integrated solutions Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, test procedures, and maintenance manuals

Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations to improve product performance and manufacturability Evaluate and select electronic components and suppliers to optimise cost and performance Support the prototyping and testing phases of new product development

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability What we're looking for
