The Electrical Engineer for Production is responsible for the entire product development process, including circuit design, PCB artwork, sample management, and technical troubleshooting. The role involves managing New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, overseeing mass production control through process improvement, and handling 4M process requirements such as measurement data and sample management.
Tanggung jawab: Product Development Process, Design Circuit and PCB Artwork, Sample management, Technical issue troubleshooting, NPI Process; Mass Production Product Control (Process improvement, customer issue, Technical Troubleshooting etc.); 4M process (Sample management, Measurement Data etc.).
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering; Minimum 1-3 years of experience in electrical engineering, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance; Understand several manufacture electronics parts/machines; Proficient in C++ and Python programming; Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, PLC programming tools, simulation software); Experience in Statistical Analysis and Process Management; Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel and Power Point); Preferably able to speak and write English (minimum TOEFL 500 / TOEIC Speaking 130); Experience communicating with people from overseas; Willing to be placed in Cikarang (Bekasi, West Java); Domiciled in the area around Bekasi or Jakarta; Has VDA / IATF certificate (Additional); Experienced in handling automotive customers (Additional).
