We are seeking an enterprising, well-spoken professional to fill a strategic, hybrid role as an Education Counsellor & B2B Partnership Specialist . You will lead our local institutional growth by building strong alliances with both educational institutions and corporate entities, while directly managing the student pipeline generated from these networks.
Role Purpose: This role is a powerful blend of B2B Business Development and B2C Education Consulting. You will be responsible for securing strategic partnerships with local high schools and corporate partners to generate high-quality leads, and then guiding those students/professionals through their study abroad journeys. Key Responsibilities: 1. B2B Partnership & Channel Development (50%):
School Partnerships: Connect with, pitch to, and secure official alliances with high schools (SMA, SMK, National-Plus, and International Schools) across Indonesia. Coordinate with school principals and counseling departments (Guru BK) to organize education fairs, seminars, and info sessions. Corporate Partnerships: Identify and engage with corporate entities, language centers, training institutes, and employee foundations to offer executive/post-graduate study options, corporate language training pathways, or employee benefit educational packages.
Lead Generation Management: Create mutually beneficial referral programs and execute joint events with partners to build a consistent pipeline of study abroad applicants. 2. Education Counselling & Admissions (50%): Expert Consultation: Provide personalized, professional counseling to students, parents, and working professionals gathered through your B2B channels regarding programs in Australia, UK, NZ, and Europe.
End-to-End Processing: Oversee the complete enrollment lifecycle, including university applications, document compliance checks, scholarship applications, and student visa processing. Target Accountability: Meet personal conversion targets and overall channel-based enrollment goals. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of solid experience as an Education Counsellor, B2B Account Executive, or School Relations Specialist in the international education industry (Mandatory).
