Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memasarkan produk pendidikan yang telah disetujui oleh regulator, baik melalui skema proyek maupun reguler. Koordinator akan memimpin, mengarahkan, dan mengawasi kinerja Education Representative (ER) untuk memastikan pencapaian target di area tugas yang ditentukan. Selain aspek penjualan, peran ini juga mencakup manajemen operasional terkait penagihan dan pembayaran sekolah agar berjalan lancar. Kandidat diharapkan mampu berkolaborasi dengan berbagai mitra dan bekerja secara efektif dalam tim untuk mendukung ekosistem pendidikan yang dikelola.
Tanggung jawab: Sell educational products that approved by the regulator; Coordinate, direct, and supervise ER (Education Representative); Responsible in the target achievement of the area of duty; Ensure schools' billing and payment run smoothly.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor degree in any major; Experience in sales and marketing field would be an advantage; Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply; Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem solving skills; Computer literate; Able to work in team and collaborate with many partners; Possess active driving license A and/or C.
