Qualifications Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline; candidates with backgrounds in Education, Psychology, Communication, or Marketing are preferred. At least 1 year of experience as an Education Consultant, Sales Representative, or Customer Service Officer is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they possess excellent communication skills. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM applications is an advantage. Good understanding of the education industry and students' learning needs. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills with a customer-focused approach. Able to work in a target-driven environment. Strong listening skills with the ability to identify and understand students' needs. Professional appearance and demeanor. Willing to work on weekends when required for events, exhibitions, or presentations. Job Responsibilities Provide educational consultation and guidance to prospective students and parents.
