Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Relevant experience teaching in an Early Years or Kindergarten setting
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
• Warm, patient, and nurturing approach to teaching early learners
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and working within a multicultural environment
• Experience in an international school setting is an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, engaging learning experiences aligned with the Early Years curriculum
• Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through play-based and inquiry-led learning
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence
• Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and development, and communicate progress effectively with parents
• Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants, and coordinators to support holistic child development
• Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community
• Maintain classroom organization, safety, and hygiene standards
• Participate actively in school events, curriculum planning, and professional development activities
