Jakarta Multicultural School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Early Years Teacher to nurture and support the early learning and development of early children. Tanggung jawab: Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, engaging learning experiences aligned with the Early Years curriculum; Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through play-based and inquiry-led learning; Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence; Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and development, and communicate progress effectively with parents; Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants, and coordinators to support holistic child development; Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community; Maintain classroom organization, safety, and hygiene standards; Participate actively in school events, curriculum planning, and professional development activities.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Relevant experience teaching in an Early Years or Kindergarten setting; Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles; Warm, patient, and nurturing approach to teaching early learners; Excellent communication and classroom management skills; Commitment to inclusive education and working within a multicultural environment; Experience in an international school setting is an advantage.
