Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Campaign Management Plan and execute major PN1 campaigns across e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.), from ideation and budgeting to post-campaign evaluation. Collaborate with Branding, Digital Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and product availability throughout campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance (GMV, conversion rate, CTR, ROI, etc.) and develop optimization strategies for future initiatives. Develop monthly and annual campaign calendars aligned with platform promotion schedules and key commercial moments (e.g., Harbolnas, Payday, Ramadan). Coordinate with marketplace PICs to secure promotional slots, vouchers, and campaign support.
Live Commerce (Performance & Optimization) Manage end-to-end Live Commerce activities for PN1, including scheduling, host coordination, scripting, and content strategy. Monitor daily live performance (viewers, add-to-cart, conversion, revenue) and optimize GMV efficiency and cost per order.
Train hosts and collaborate with the Creative team to deliver engaging and persuasive live sessions. Analyze live and affiliate data to define content strategies and drive continuous performance improvement. Affiliate Management & Leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or Information Technology.
- 3 years of experience in e-commerce and 1 year of experience as a team leader.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and others.
- Strong public speaking skills.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate e-commerce campaign performance.
- Skilled in planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive sales and conversions.
- Capable of creating attractive promotions and discounts while understanding consumer behavior in the e-commerce context.
- Creative in designing strategies to boost sales and attract new customers.
- Understanding of the importance of user experience (UX) to enhance user interaction on e-commerce platforms.
