Job Description : Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across multiple brands. Develop and execute marketplace strategies to achieve sales and business growth targets.
Optimize store performance through product listings, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketplace advertising. Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, Warehouse, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee product catalog management, inventory availability, and store health across all marketplace platforms. Stay updated on marketplace trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Marketplace team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketplace or E-commerce, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience managing marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, digital campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Results-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
