The Driver/Rider Delivery role is responsible for the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring that packages are delivered and collected efficiently according to schedules. This position requires maintaining the integrity of cargo and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of daily operations. You will be the face of the company when interacting with recipients, ensuring that delivery procedures are followed correctly, including obtaining proof of delivery and managing COD proceeds.
Tanggung jawab: Delivering packages or goods according to schedule and route; Collecting packages from customers or specific locations; Ensuring cargo safety and physical integrity; Ensuring delivery confirmation via authorized procedures; Compiling and submitting periodic reports; Remitting COD proceeds.
